1. About Visaeta

Visaeta is an independent private service, specialized in assisting travelers with the application for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to the United Kingdom. We simplify administrative procedures by processing requests quickly, securely, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal.

⚠️ Exception – Immediate Execution of Digital Services

By confirming your order, you expressly agree that the service will begin immediately. This means the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once:

  • Your request has entered the processing phase, and/or
  • Your information has been submitted to the UK authorities.

3. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

✅ You may request a refund if:

  • Your request is submitted before the processing begins,
  • Your order contains unintentional errors, reported before processing,
  • The service has not yet been provided (no action initiated),
  • You were charged twice for the same order.

❌ Refunds are not possible if:

  • Your eTA has already been submitted,
  • The UK authorities have rejected the application,
  • The information provided was incorrect or incomplete,
  • The request was processed under an urgent timeframe (under 24h),
  • The service is personalized or linked to a gift card,
  • The 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

4. Non-Refundable Products (Final Sale)

Some services offered on Visaeta.com are considered final sale and are non-refundable once the order is confirmed. These are specific digital products, clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

🛑 These products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded — except in the event of a technical or administrative error on our part.

Final Sale Products:

  • eTA Standard – €38.80
  • eTA Plus – €44.80
  • eTA Express – €58.80

These services are automatically and rapidly processed once the order is confirmed. Therefore, they cannot be modified or cancelled, unless a proven error is attributable to Visaeta.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us via:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the order
  • A clear reason for the request

⚠️ Requests missing this information will not be processed.

If your request is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued within 10 business days,
  • Using the same payment method used for the original order.

Please note that additional bank processing times may apply. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us again.
