These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any related applications, whether you access them via computer, mobile device, or any other technology.
VisaEta is operated by Visaeta SAS, a French company providing intermediary services to facilitate ETA applications to British authorities. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the British government.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

VisaEta provides digital assistance for ETA application processing to the United Kingdom. Our service includes document verification, form completion assistance, application submission, and status tracking.
We act as an intermediary between customers and British authorities, facilitating the application process but not guaranteeing approval outcomes.
All timeframes are estimates and may vary based on government processing times, application complexity, or external factors beyond our control.
As a user of our services, you have specific responsibilities and obligations:
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your ETA application. Any false information may result in application denial and potential legal consequences.
You must ensure all submitted documents (passport, photos, etc.) are valid, current, and comply with British government requirements. Invalid documents may cause delays or application rejection.
You are responsible for verifying your eligibility for an ETA before applying. Our service does not guarantee eligibility or approval by British authorities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security that you become aware of.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
Payment for our services is required in full before processing begins:
All prices are displayed in Euros including VAT and government fees. Prices may be updated without notice, but orders will be charged based on the rates displayed at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed during checkout. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
Billing occurs immediately upon order confirmation. Refunds are subject to our separate Refund Policy and are generally not available due to the immediate nature of our digital service.
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including government system outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
