The Site's purpose is to provide assistance services for Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) applications for the United Kingdom, acting as a private service provider not affiliated with the British government.
These General Terms of Sale (GTS) define the contractual framework for the sale of services offered on the Site. Any order placed implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
VISAETA offers three service formulas for ETA application processing:
All prices include management fees and VAT. The Site is in no way affiliated with the British government.
All orders placed on the Site constitute a firm commitment to purchase the selected services.
Order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation. This email serves as proof of the contractual relationship.
Any information provided by the customer must be accurate and complete. The customer is responsible for any errors in the information provided.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and the application submitted to the competent authorities.
All prices are displayed in Euros including all taxes and fees.
Prices include the UK government fee (£16 approximately €20) plus our service fees.
VISAETA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but orders will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
No additional costs will be added without prior notice to the customer.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering and before processing the ETA application.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment solutions offered on the Site.
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers compliant with banking security standards.
In case of payment failure, the order will be automatically cancelled.
ETA authorizations are delivered exclusively by email to the address provided during ordering.
Processing times vary according to the selected formula: Standard (24h), Plus (8h), Express (2h).
These timeframes are indicative and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control or additional verification requirements by the authorities.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that begin immediately after payment validation.
Given the nature of the service (immediate processing of ETA applications), no cancellation or refund can be granted once the application has been processed.
This applies even in case of refusal of the ETA by the British authorities, as our service consists of submitting the application, not guaranteeing its approval.
The customer acknowledges and accepts this exclusion from the right of withdrawal by placing an order.
VISAETA guarantees the proper execution of the service, namely the submission of the ETA application to the competent British authorities.
However, we do not guarantee the approval of the application or specific processing times, as these decisions depend exclusively on the UK authorities.
Our service is limited to the administrative processing and submission of the application.
VISAETA's liability is limited to the proper execution of the service ordered.
VISAETA cannot be held responsible in case of:
All elements present on the Site (texts, images, logos, interface, etc.) are the exclusive property of VISAETA and are protected by intellectual property laws.

VISAETA collects and processes personal data necessary for providing its service in compliance with applicable regulations, particularly the GDPR.
Customers have rights of access, rectification, opposition, and deletion of their data.

VISAETA shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to force majeure events.
Force majeure includes any unforeseeable, unavoidable, and irresistible event that prevents the normal execution of the service.
This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, wars, strikes, technical failures, or government decisions affecting the ETA application process.
VISAETA reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Sale at any time. Customers will be informed of any updates via the Site. Continued use of the Site after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These General Terms of Sale are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, the parties will first attempt to find an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
