The Site's purpose is to provide assistance services for Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) applications for the United Kingdom, acting as a private service provider not affiliated with the British government.
These Terms of Use (ToU) are intended to define the terms of access and use of the services offered on the Site. Any use of the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
VISAETA acts as a private service provider and offers an intermediation and administrative processing service consisting of completing and submitting an ETA (electronic travel authorization) application to the competent British authorities on behalf of the user.
The cost of the service depends on the formula chosen by the user. We offer 3 formulas: ETA Standard,at 29.89 euros, ETA Plus at 44.80 euros, ETA Express at 58.80 euros, including fees related to application management.
The Site is in no way affiliated, associated or linked to the British government. VISAETA does not guarantee the approval of ETA applications, which is exclusively the decision of the British authorities.

The user must be of legal age or have authorization from their legal representative to make an application.
The service is billed€ including VAT. Payment can be made via. Payments are secure and managed by specialized third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the application has been processed, insofar as the service begins immediately after payment validation.
No refund or cancellation can be granted, even in case of ETA refusal by British authorities.
VISAETA does not guarantee either the approval or the processing time of an ETA application. These decisions depend exclusively on UK authorities.

Any reproduction, copying or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
VISAETA collects and processes personal data necessary for providing its service (passport, contact details, etc.), in compliance with applicable regulations, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
